Superstars

We are THRILLED to care for your Superstar (special needs young adult age 18 and older) while you attend service. We want to provide the best care we possibly can while your child is with us. In order to do so, we ask parents/guardians of children to register here first, then print and fill out the questionnaire.  Any information given will be used by ministry leaders only and shared on a need to know basis. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email that will confirm if will be able to care for your child on the date and time requested.  Please bring your completed questionnaire with you, so we can provide the best possible environment for your Superstar.
